• Hold volunteers accountable
• Encourage pledging of yearly offertory - send reminders via mail or e-mail
• Share annual or quarterly stewardship report of hours prayed, ministries provided and money spent

A steward is GENEROUS. When you are grateful and responsible, generosity comes easy! You want to share the Good News!

• How can your parish give back to one another, the diocese and the community?

A steward makes a RETURN TO THE LORD WITH INCREASE. How can you multiply your efforts?

• Measure your service and attempt to increase it each year
• Measure your offertory and attempt to increase the generosity each year
• Encourage parishioners to give of time, talent and treasure; not just one.
