The Dominican Friars have been shepherding St. Elizabeth's since 2010. When Jesus asks the rich young man to sell his possessions and follow Him, the young man could not. Some of us are materialistic like the rich young man. The thought of being without our cell phone, car or prized possession is relatable to the young man. But some of us have taken on the new culture of minimalism. We have fewer things and less physical clutter in our lives. It may be hard to identify with the young man if we live this way....

The DCA directly supports the Superintendent of Catholic Schools Office. As Superintendent, Christine Wanjura's mission is to ensure students, Catholic and non-Catholic, have a positive experience in Catholic Schools. This helps strengthen the Catholic faith throughout our community.
